Angove Street Festival

Hope you all had a delightful weekend. Mine was filled with afternoons doing nothing but sipping good coffee and Italian soda. Also took some time to venture down to Mt Lawley for the Angove Street Festival with my dear sister, S,  to keep me company. With the sun blazing in the sky, crowds flocked to the festival to see the wide array of stalls and acts. As usual, the two of us made no purchases besides that of food, drinks and more food. So typical of us…

Some of my favourites:

Delish Ice: Though not pictured, I tried the Passionfruit-Mint-Lime and S had the Basil-Elderflower. The perfect sized treat.

The Little Green Project: Terrific, tiny terrariums (like my alliteration skills there?). Would be the perfect gift for the friend who has everything.

The Classroom: 2013 is the first year that the Angove Street Festival has featured a licensed area with who else but the spectacular team at The Classroom at the helm. The Duke and I are devoted followers of this amazing bar. (By the way, the drink featured above is called the Bunny Alexander – nutmeg infused cream, cognac, and chocolate liqueur inside a small Lindt bunny!)

All in all, a fantastic weekend.
